What You’ll Get

At 5:00 p.m. (CT) each day, an e-mail will be sent to you that includes the full text of news releases; links to listen to news teleconferences; the full text of news tips; and the synopsis of issue briefs that have been posted to the State News website

How to Subscribe

Go to: <http://listserv.state.sd.us/archives/statenews.html> and follow these instructions:
1. Click on “Join or leave the list (or change settings)”
2. Type in your e-mail address
3. Type in your name
4. We recommend you select the following subscription options (default selections)
  1. Subscription Type: Regular
  2. Mail Header Style: Normal LISTSERV-style header
  3. Acknowledgements: Short message confirming receipt (of subscription)
  4. Miscellaneous - neither selected
5. Click “Join the List” -- a message will appear that says “A confirmation request is being sent under separate cover.”
6. You will receive an e-mail message to confirm your subscription. Follow the instructions in that e-mail to confirm your subscription

Archives

StateNews messages will be automatically archived beginning with the Monday, June 17 message. The archives are available to you at:
http://listserv.state.sd.us/archives/statenews.html

The archives are sorted by date, and are searchable by keyword. To access the archives you will need to enter a password of your choosing. For news items prior to June 17, 2002, please visit the State News website, where you can search all news items since January 2000 to the present, by date, keyword, or issuing agency.

Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe from State News at any time by going to http://listserv.state.sd.us/archives/statenews.html and following these directions:

Click on “Join or leave the list (or change settings)”
Type in your e-mail address
Type in your name
Click “Leave the List”
