How
to register as a bidder with the State of South Dakota
The
South Dakota Office of Procurement Management uses an electronic bidder
registration and solicitation/response system to solicit formal sealed bids
and proposals, and informal quotes for goods and some services being
procured by state agencies.
Although
registration is not required, there are benefits to being a registered
bidder. Registered bidders can submit bids to the State of South Dakota
through our electronic solicitation/response system from Mercury Commerce
Solutions. Registration is required to respond to Requests for Proposals
for Information Technology Services.
South Dakota Board of Regents Solicitations
Institutions under the control of the South Dakota Board of Regents request
quotes for certain items through their Sourcing Manager system.
Vendors may register to participate in those solicitations by
clicking here. There is no registration fee for the Board of
Regents Sourcing Manager system.
Vendors should be aware however that
any purchase of supplies required by law to be advertised for sealed bids or
proposals will be conducted through the Office of Procurement Management's
e-sourcing solution.
