Follow the
steps below to complete your online bidder registration with the South
Dakota Bureau of Administration, Office of Procurement Management:

Register online on the Mercury Commerce Solutions
Supplier Registration site for the State of South Dakota by clicking
here.

Wait for notice that your registration is
complete! You'll receive an email from Mercury Commerce Solutions with
your user ID and password.

Pay the $50 annual bidder registration fee to the State
of South Dakota by submitting a check or by paying online with your credit
card when you complete your online registration.
To pay by credit card you must login to the Mercury Commerce system and
select a bid opportunity. You will then be prompted to select your
subscription plan and pay by credit card. If no bid opportunity is
available, contact Procurement Management at 605-773-3405 for assistance.
If paying by check, make your check payable to "SD
Office of Procurement Management" and send it within 10 days of your
registration to:

Wait for notice that your registration is
complete! If you pay by credit card, you will get an email
confirmation through the system. Your account will be active as soon
as your payment is confirmed. If you pay by check, Procurement
Management will authorize your account once your payment is received.
That's all it takes. Once your
account is active, you will receive email notices of bid opportunities
based on the NIGP commodity codes you selected when you registered.
In addition, you will be able to submit your bid online through the
Mercury Commerce Solutions System.
