SERVICES AVAILABLE AT CENTRAL SUPPLY SERVICES:

• General Office Supplies. Central Supply Services maintains a cataloged inventory of general office supplies that can be purchased by state agencies. Orders can be picked up directly by the user agency, ordered by mail, or faxed and shipped to the user agency.
    
  Central Supply Catalog   (for State of S.D. State Agencies Only)
  Central Supply in Pierre is in the process of liquidating its inventory of office, janitorial, medical, and other miscellaneous supplies, including paper. Central Supply is not ordering new items for stock, and the Central Supply service will no longer be available after June 30, 2012.

For items no longer available from Central Supply, agencies should utilize established State Contracts directly. Office supplies and paper may be purchased through the OfficeMax contract, which includes next day delivery on most items. The OfficeMax contract also includes some janitorial products

• Package Distribution Center  This service allows state agencies to bring packages that are to be sent via Speedy/UPS to Central Supply for subsequent shipment. Central Supply acts as a collecting point for Speedy/UPS pickups. Speedy/UPS charges are paid by Central Mail Services initially and user agencies are then billed for the actual charges. This service is available to Capitol Complex users.

• Limited storage space. Central Supply will provide either short-term or long-term storage for state agencies lacking sufficient storage space of their own. The space provided is climate controlled and is designed for users who need access to their storage on a daily basis. This service is available only to Capitol Complex users.

• U. S. Flags, State Flags Central Supply maintains an inventory of U. S.  flags and State flags that may be purchased by state agencies or the general public. Orders must be paid in advance and can be picked up directly by the customer, ordered by mail, or faxed and shipped to the customer.
