Service Forestry

Our service forestry programs are designed to provide direct technical assistance and advice to private landowners concerning their forests and trees. We work with farmers, ranchers, rural homeowners and urban dwellers to resolve problems with trees and to provide a better and safe habitat for all citizens.

Service foresters are located in several cities around the state. They are available to visit your property if you need forestry advice, a forest stewardship plan, tree planting assistance, or assistance in determining forest pest problems.

We also have staff available to help you with the diagnosis and treatment of forest insect or disease problems.
