1. SDQUEST Authorization Agreement
To "Set up new account", "Change bank information", "Change Payment Information" or "Change PIN." Complete form and submit online.
2. Receive ID & PIN
The Department will send you notification via e-mail attachment (or letter if an e-mail address is not supplied in the SDQuest application).
3. File Tax Return
Confirmation number will be displayed on your computer screen if filing has been completed.

March 2012 returns can no longer be filed online as of Midnight, Monday, April 23, 2012.
The April 2012 returns must be filed on or before Wednesday, May 23, 2012.
ACH Debit Payments for March 2012 returns will be withdrawn from your bank Friday, April 27, 2012.
