Proposals are being solicited for replacement of our IRP and IFTA systems.  Listed below is the project description along with the RFP Document and other  related documents for this project.

 

South Dakota is a member of the International Registration Plan (IRP) and the International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA).  The current system, which is operated by the South Dakota Department of Revenue and Regulation (SDDORR), is supplied by a vendor and will no longer be supported effective the end of calendar year 2010.  South Dakota proposes to completely replace its existing IRP and IFTA systems prior to the end of calendar year 2010.
