- Anyone selling package alcohol in a town that has had an election to have alcohol licenses owned by the town.
- Laws
- The department encourages applicants to review the laws that apply to this license.
- Fees
- The off-sale (local option-package liquor) license fee is $250.00. A Federal Alcohol Stamp is also required.
