• Rally Sales Tax Application

• Power of Attorney - Must be filled out/submitted if someone other than the owner/officer is signing a tax return.

• Tattoo & Body Piercing Vendors in Meade County (including Sturgis) - Contact Sturgis City Hall at (605) 347-4422.*

• Tattoo & Body Piercing Vendors in Pennington County (including the cities of Rapid City, Box Elder, Keystone and Hill City) - Contact the Pennington County Auditor's office at (605) 394-2153.*

• Manufacturer, dealer or customizer selling or displaying new or used motorcycles, boats or trailers - Complete the Motor Vehicle Application.* This license is in addition to the state sales tax license and city or county license. 

• Selling cigarettes or tobacco products - If you did not purchase your product from a licensed South Dakota distributor please read this information. Selling cigarettes without a South Dakota tax stamp is illegal!

• Renting rooms in your home during the rally,  sales tax may be due?
