Crooks Woman Claims $24,837 Dakota Cash Jackpot
(Pierre) – Darlene Croninger of Crooks today claimed her $24,837 Dakota Cash jackpot for the Aug. 5, 2009 drawing at the Sioux Falls Lottery office.
Croninger purchased the Quick Pick ticket at a Sioux Falls Hy-Vee. The store will receive a bonus of $1,242 for selling the winning ticket. This is the sixth time this year the jackpot has been won in South Dakota’s own lotto game.
Dakota Cash is played only in South Dakota. The jackpot currently sits at $20,000 for the next drawing on Saturday, Aug. 8. The odds of winning the jackpot are 1:324,632.
